Doctrine note. Lineage edges are derived from substrate-provenanced fields only:
parent_artifact_hash (LINK_EVENT), superseded_artifact_hash / superseding_artifact_hash (SUPERSESSION_EVENT), and the synthetic same-hash detection (§11(a) branch 3). No heuristic inference (filename similarity, content fingerprinting, time-window) is performed. The synthetic supersession marker — synthetic_supersession_by_schema_overlap — is a read-layer diagnostic, not substrate authority.
